Dongguan Hongwei Precision Die Casting Co.,Ltd was established in 2002. We are located at Yinhu Industrial Area, Xieguan Town,Dongguan City. The investment amounts to more than 12 million Yuan and our plant area is approximately 8,000 square meters. We specialize in precision mold development, zinc and aluminum die casting manufacturing. Our main products include computer accessories, furniture, lighting, heat sinks, communication equipments, electronic components and other series.
Our founder has been in the zinc, aluminum die casting industry since 1989 so he has rich experience and technological knowledge. Our services are: precision mold development, precision die-casting products, mold design and manufacturing, casting, post-processing technology and surface treatment.
Now we own many precision processing equipment such as 200T-800T aluminum die-casting machines. (i.e. 1x 800T, 1x 500T, 3x 350T, 1 x 200T, 1 x 650T machine), hydraulic press, wire cutting, milling machine, grinding machine etc. Our Quality Inspection equipment are as follows: Coordinate ***ector, Profile projector, micrometer, Mitutoyo height master, Mitutoyo Vernier Caliper, standard gauge blocks, pin gauges etc.
We are confirmed to ISO 9001-2008 and have established a sound management system in order to meet the increasingly fierce market competition.
Our co***ny adopts a diversified business model: domestic sales and direct exports. Over the years, we have built a diversified clientele with customers from Southeast Asia, Europe and America.
For the expansion of overseas markets, we have set up an office in Hong Kong (Hong Kong Grandeur Precision Metal Products Co. Ltd.) in January 2002. In January 2008, we also have a joint venture with our Singapore overseas office (Asia Procurement Office Pte Ltd) to handle our overseas business.
